  I pay 260 a month for my 2 babies to go to nurury for 1 morning a week and the instuctor ash was changing my lesson times contantly i agreed to the time of 9am monday morning and put my phone to the side as its mothers day i had to deal with my 5 children once i had fed them bathed them and put them to bed i checked my phome the instuctor changed my lesson again and said because i didnt get back to him he gave my lesson to someone else i asked for him to change it back and he said no thats £70 childcare wasted for one day knowing i only have mondays availiable he said to do it another day i said i cant. This is not the first time i agreed in the beginning for 2 hours every monday which he replied you need at least 2 lessons a week to pass then he kept making excuses and changing to just the 1 lesson 3 weeks in a row. Your expected to keep incontact constantly as he keeps changing his mind but some people like myself have a very busy life and dont check my phone constantly so then your lesson is given away its a joke im really unhappy now i have to start again with a new instructor
