  Not a great experience really. Got the car late than had to return it early for someone else, but was only told 30 mins before. The staff were okay but that just ruined it for me. I can't drop out of the sky!

  A reasonable experience, van was good quality etc. The actual renting experience was very drawn out and repetitive though. I appreciate that things have to be made clear to renters regarding responsibilities etc, however I am not 10 years old. And an agreement of understanding should be taken as such.
