  I am full adult member at this centre and the facilities are very good. There are various classes you can take part in led by qualified instructors. You have use of a gym, swimming pool, squash courts and sports hall. There are also side rooms which are used for various activities too. However when it comes to swimming unless you go in the afternoon forget it. I have asked for special sessions for shift workers like me. But it has fell on deaf ears. That is why I have dropped Mark from 4 to 3.
